In early May, the UVEG team launched a campaign to disseminate the protocol for sea turtle nesting events for the upcoming 2024 season, alongside other involved institutions. Thanks to Fundación Azul Marino for organizing the event in Oropesa (Castellón), and to the attendees from various municipalities in the province and other key stakeholders for their efforts in nest detection.
Remember, if you spot a sea turtle on the beach at night, call 112.
