On the occasion of the International Day of the Sea, two sea turtles, Natascia and Nova were released after being cared at the Fondazione Cetacea recovery center. Found trapped in trawling nets, they now have the freedom to swim once again in the waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Thanks to the support of the LifeMedturtles project, satellite transmitters have been applied to both to monitor their journey and contribute to marine conservation research.
