The Data Logger is a tool used to measure beach temperatures. In Valencia, colleagues at XALOC bury them on many beaches, and after some time, they recover them to check the data collected. It may happen that, due to storms, beach renovations, or simply by finding them, we know how to proceed correctly and thus continue evaluating Valencian beaches for marine turtle nesting. Institutions such as Universitat Politècnica de València UPV, Fundación Biodiversidad, LIFE Medturtles, Universitat de València – UV, and GVA Agricultura i Transició Ecològica also collaborate on this project.
